Customer information (delivery, shipping, payment, notes)

1. Delivery date, delivery restrictions

Delivery usually takes place within 28 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after the payment order has been issued to the transferring credit institution (in the case of advance payment) or after the contract has been concluded (in the case of cash on delivery or purchase on account).

If there are delivery restrictions for a product, we will point this out afterwards. Natural stone is a naturally grown product, and especially in times of the Corona crisis, there may be delivery bottlenecks for certain materials from certain countries of origin. In the event of unavailability or only partial availability of the goods, the customer will be informed immediately and the consideration will be refunded immediately.

2. Shipping costs :

We reserve the right to ship items under 30 KG via DHL. Shipping costs are charged at a flat rate for 30 KG.

The shipping costs by freight forwarder from 30 KG within Germany are:

30 - 50 kg = 89 €
50 - 100kg = 99 €
100 - 200 kg = 108 €
200 - 300kg = 135 €
300 - 500kg = 155 €
500 - 1000kg = 185 €
1000 - 1500kg = 250 €
1500 - 3000kg = 310 €

1 m² of natural stone weighs approx. 60 - 70 KG.

In order to show you the shipping costs as transparently as possible, the approximate weight of your configured product is displayed in your shopping cart.

3. Delivery and shipping conditions

This is an insured shipment, please note:

Make absolutely sure that the goods arrive undamaged. Please check the goods before you sign for them with the delivery driver. If you subsequently discover any damage, we are not liable and the delivery company cannot be held liable. If there is any damage, refuse to accept the goods.

For goods delivered by a freight forwarder, delivery is made "free curbside" , i.e. up to the public curb closest to the delivery address unless otherwise agreed. Unloading is carried out using a pallet truck free curbside. Please note that the pallet truck is not suitable for off-road use and requires a solid surface.

If the delivery of the goods fails for reasons for which the customer is responsible, the customer shall bear the reasonable costs incurred by the seller as a result. This does not apply to the costs of delivery if the customer effectively exercises his right of cancellation. If the customer effectively exercises his right of cancellation, the provisions in the seller's cancellation policy apply to the return costs.

4. Accepted payment methods :

Prepayment, Paypal, Shopify Payments

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is made to Klarna in each case:

  • Invoice : The payment period is 14 days from dispatch of the goods/ticket/or, in the case of other services, the provision of the service.   • Installment purchase (only available in Germany): With Klarna's financing service, you can pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least EUR 6.95) or under the conditions otherwise stated in the checkout. The installment payment is due at the end of each month after Klarna sends a monthly invoice.   • Immediately : Your account will be debited immediately after you place your order.
  • Direct debit : The debit will be made after the goods have been dispatched. You will be informed of the time by email.

The use of the payment methods invoice, installment purchase, immediate payment and direct debit requires a positive credit check. In this respect, we forward your data to Klarna as part of the purchase initiation and processing of the purchase contract for the purpose of address and credit checks. Please understand that we can only offer you those payment methods that are permissible based on the results of the credit check.

5. Notes

We would like to point out that our products are manufactured with a manufacturing tolerance of approx. 1-3 mm per machined edge (edge ​​processing), depending on the material selection.

If you intend to use the products for a purpose other than the original intended use, please let us know. This is the only way we can ensure that your requirements are met and that you are satisfied with the product. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

The images available in the online shop cannot in any way reflect all the characteristic features that occur in nature. Deviations do not constitute grounds for complaint.

We cannot be held liable for stains caused outdoors by leaves, flowers or other environmental influences.

The above prices correspond to the information or sketches you provide. The minimum billing size for individual items (e.g. window sills and covers) is 0.25m². Recesses and openings are measured.

Natural color differences may occur between individual products as they are made from different blocks. However, we will match these as closely as possible.

Polished surfaces always show grinding marks when viewed against the light. Depending on the mineral content and distribution, significant differences in gloss are unavoidable within one delivery.

We recommend impregnating rough and sanded surfaces after they have completely dried out - six to eight weeks after laying. This will make the flooring look fresher and even more dirt-repellent.
The goods must always be inspected before installation. We do not accept complaints about materials that have already been installed.

The colour differences, cloudiness, veins and natural defects such as pores, inclusions and quartz veins that occur in natural stone and are often regarded by laymen as filled areas are not
There is no reason for complaint as these are natural phenomena. They do not reduce the value of the stone. There is no increased susceptibility to breakage in these places.
Proper filling and grouting is permitted. Please note this, it will save you unnecessary costs and hassle.
